Precision Laser Cutting

Copelands specializes in large bed laser cutting. Our Hans HF series 20KW fiber laser can cut up to 1.5″ thick carbon steel, and features an 8′ x 26′ cutting area, enabling us to produce very large piece parts. It delivers good edge quality even on thick materials and maintains tolerances within a few thousandths of an inch.

We can cut holes precise enough to be tapped, etch markings to assist in assembly, and cut personal signatures or other intricate shapes. Our nesting software maximizes the number of parts we can cut from a single plate, thereby minimizing costs for our customers. Call Copelands for large, precision laser parts.
