Rolling is a core strength of Copelands. While many fabricators have limited expertise or equipment for rolling, we specialize in this area and possess a wide selection of machines that allow us to handle both large and small rolled parts. Our equipment ranges from light-gauge sheet metal rolls up to heavy-duty 4-roll machines for plates up to 1″ thick or more. This versatility allows us to tackle nearly any plate rolling requirement.

In addition, our two Roundo R6S angle rolls give us the ability to roll a variety of structural shapes: not only angles, but also channels, beams, rectangular tubes, and most pipes up to 5″ nominal size. The combination of our extensive rolling equipment and our experienced operators enables us to deliver accurate bend diameters and maintain consistent roundness, even at the part edges.
