Copelands specializes in plate & structural fabrication and welding & assembly. We offer MIG and TIG welding of carbon, stainless, and aluminum. Our high speed spray-arc 550 amp MIG machines allow quick and quality welds on large assemblies and thick plates. Our welders are skilled at using customer drawings for fit-up and assembly. Prototypes and smaller quantity production runs are welcome.
We adhere to the AWS D1.1 welding standard. We follow other standards and procedures as specified by our customers.
Material Handling: Our shop is well equipped with cranes and forklifts that allow us to manipulate parts both large and small.
Secondary Operations: Burning, Bending, Sawing, Rolling, Machining, Welding, Painting, Galvanizing, Machining, Heat Treating, Engineering Services.
