Copelands Inc. offers high-precision metal sawing with our three programmable Hydmech bandsaws, which we use for producing parts in volume as well as components for weldments and assemblies. Our advanced sawing capabilities ensure accuracy and repeatability for a wide range of applications.
We operate two vertical tilt-frame bandsaws with 45-degree mitering capability and one horizontal saw with 60-degree mitering capability. These machines feature automatic shuttles with a weight capacity of up to 8,000 lbs, allowing us to handle large profiles and bundles up to 18″ x 27″.
We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and most other metals, allowing us to tackle most sawing requirements.
